Tax Residence Certificate
A Tax Residency Certificate (TRC), also known as a Tax Domicile Confirmation, is a document that allows qualified government organizations, groups, and people to benefit from the UAE’s double duty collection avoidance on pay policies.
The requirements for an individual are as follows:
- A copy of each of the following: a passport; a valid visa; a copy of the Emirates ID; and six months’ worth of personal UAE bank statements that have been stamped by the bank.
- Employment agreements, share certificates, and salary certificates are a few examples of proof of income in the UAE.
- Report on Immigration (GDRF) (Report Evidencing All Entries Into And Exists Out Of The UAE).
Certified copy of a lease agreement or a title deed that has been in effect for at least three months prior to application.
The Corporate Requirements Are as Follows:
- Passport, valid visa copy,
- and Emirates ID of the company director or manager;
- most recent certified audited financial statement from the previous six months;
- valid trade license copy; certified tenancy contract copy;
